There is a link to the Modification form (Here on the site) to be filled out before any work is done.
Just 1 page! Include the price quote and provide a hard copy in the box(es) with the wheels.
(Make sure to sign the form!)
Pack the wheels properly! Include a hard copy of the form with the wheels. Ship however method you wish. Customers will handle shipping both ways. However we suggest to wait on sending us any return labels until the work is finished in case of change in boxes/ box size (label dimensions/weights)
(If you are drop shipping the wheels from a supplier, Include the suppliers name on the Mod form and have them put "attn: your name" on the shipping label so we can match the Mod form to the supplier boxes once they arrive)
Ask about our lead time over the phone as it varies throughout the seasons...
When the wheels are finished, we will call you for payment. At this time we will give you the dimensions and weights so you may request a pickup and have them return shipped back to you.
Credit or Debit card over the phone, money order or cashiers checks accepted.
(Note: we do not have Paypal, Venmo. We do not accept personal checks.)
